Interrupt

Infiltration. When an opponent is about to complete a mission, if your Infiltrator is at that mission, discard a random card from hand to add that Infiltrator's skills to the mission's requirements. This effect lasts until the end of that opponent's turn. Remove this interrupt from the game.
