Hand Weapon. When you win combat involving your Thief, [Cmd][TOS] personnel, or [Cmd][TNG] personnel present, randomly select an opponent's personnel involved to be killed. If that personnel is [Bor] or a Hologram, randomly select a second opponent's personnel involved to be killed.
