Order - Examine a number of cards from the top of your deck equal to the number of Persistent dilemma you own beneath an opponent's mission. Set any number of those cards aside face down. Shuffle the remaining cards into your deck and place those cards set aside on top of your deck in any order. You may do this only once each turn.
